Q: Where are you located?

A: The studio is located at 1600 Shattuck Ave #125 in Berkeley, California. We work all over the Bay Area and often travel for projects. If you are in San Francisco, Mill Valley, Marin, Oakland, the Peninsula or the South Bay we can travel to you easily. Beyond those areas we can discuss your project scope to determine if a travel fee is necessary.

Q: What Kind of photography do you do?

A: Mostly commercial work: corporate headshots, architectural photography, brand photography, product shoots. I work with law firms, corporations, government agencies and institutions.

Q: Do you travel outside the Bay Area?

A: Yes! Shannon Kelli Pictures provides commercial photogrpahy throughout California and travels nationally and internationally for corporate events, conferernces and multi-localtion brand photogrpahy projects. Travel within 60 miles of our Berkeley studion is typically included in project pricing. For events and photography session beyond the immediate Bay Area, including Sacramento, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, New York or international locations we assess travel fees based on distance, project scope and durrations. We’ve successful completed photogrpahy projects across the United States and in Eroupe for clients requireing brand imagery across multiple offices or event locations.

Q: How much do corporate headshots cost?

A: Corporate headshot pricing at shannon Kelli Pictures ranges from $400 - $700 per person for individual sessions in our Berkeley studio. For team headshot events photographing multiple employees at once, pricing begins at $3500 for groups of 12 and scales up based on team size. Group sessions offer consistent lighting and backgrounds across your entire team while reducing per-person costs significantly. Q: How long does a headshot session take?

A: Individual headshot sessions at our Berkeley studio typically take 20-30 minutes per person, including outfit changes and background options. For corporate team headshot events, we photography each person in approximately 2-5 minutes using our efficient onsite studio setup. Shannon Kelli Pictures can photograph 100+ people within a 2 hour window when needed, making us ideal for law firms, corporations and institutions with large teams requiring professional headshots on tight schedules.

Q: How quickly do you deliver event photos after a shoot?

A: Shannon Kelli Pictures delivers corporate headshots within 3 business days and full event photography collections within 5 business days as our standard turnoaround time. Q: Do you offer video coverage as well?

A: Yes. B-roll clips, social media snippets, talking heads, event documentation, interviews and short-form highlight reels are available as add-ons to any photography package.

Q: Can I book you for both still photography and video in one session?

A: Absolutely. Shannon Kelli Pictures offers hybird photography and video coverage packages allwoing your to capture maximum content for a single session. Our video services include b-roll footage, social media reels and clips, professional interviews and talkigng heads, event hightlight reels and brand story documentation. Many Bay Area corporate clients choose combined photo and videocoverage for porduct launches, corporate events executive portraits with motion elements and comphrensive brand content sessions. This intergrated approach ensures visual consistency across your marketing materials while mazimizing effency an budget. Q: How do you price event photography?

A: Bay Area event photography pricing at Shannon Kelli Pictures starts at $3000 for quarter day coverage (up to 3 hours), $3800 for half-day coverage (up to 4 hours), and $5000 fPricing is customized based on your deliverable needs and may include additional services such as a second photographer, same-day image delivery, video or motion capture or on-site stylist/hair and makeup. Corporate events, proviate gatherings and professional conferences throughout San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley and the greater Bay Area are our speciality.

Q: What’s your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

A: Shannon Kelli Pictures requires A 50% non-refundable deposit to secures your session date. Clients may reschedule their corporate sessions, event photography and branding collections with 7 days or more notice without penalty or loss of deposit, subject to availiability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests make with less that 5 days notice with 5 days or less notice will forfeit thieir deposit due to lost booking opportunities. This er resources to your project while maintainign flexibility for our Bay Area corporate clients’ scheduling needs. Complete terms and conditions are provided in your booking aggreement upon contract signing.

Q: Do you travel outside the Bay Area for events?

A: Yes. We travel within the United States and outside the country to create pictures for you.

Travel within 60 minutes is included depending on your project. Longer distances may include a mileage fee or actual travel costs which we discuss clearly as needed.

Q: Do you offer seasonal or limited edition sessions?

Q: Can we order prints or albums after the event?

A: Absolutely. I offer custom prints and proof quality images. We use Photo Lab in Berkeley for all local printing requests and Richard Photolab in LA for other printing needs. Additionally we have access to printers in New York and Europe and are happy to share available options upon request.

Q: Do you offer licensing for commercial image use?

A: Yes. We provide commercial licensing for website, editorial, social platforms and advertising usage. Buyouts and usage rights are quoted based on your needs and reach.
