Individual Headshot & Executive Portrait Pricing
Portrait and headshot sessions for individuals begin at $475 per person.
Sessions are available in our Berkeley studio or on location, depending on your needs.
Each session is designed to deliver clean, modern, and professional images suitable for LinkedIn, websites, and marketing materials.

Team headshot sessions begin at $2,500
Sessions are available in our Berkeley studio or on location at your office, depending on your team size and what works best for your group.

General Information:
Q: Where are you located?
A: The studio is located at 1600 Shattuck Ave #125 in Berkeley, California. We work all over the Bay Area and often travel for projects. If you are in San Francisco, Mill Valley, Marin, Oakland, the Peninsula or the South Bay we can travel to you easily. Beyond those areas we can discuss your project scope to determine if a travel fee is necessary.
Q: What Kind of photography do you do?
A: Mostly commercial work: corporate headshots, executive portraits, architectural photography, brand photography, Shannon Kelli Pictures works with law firms, corporations, government agencies and institutions.
Q: Do you travel outside the Bay Area?
A: Yes! Shannon Kelli Pictures provides commercial photography throughout California and travels nationally and internationally for corporate events, conferences and multi-location brand photography projects. Travel within 60 miles of our Berkeley studio is typically included in project pricing. For events and photography sessions beyond the immediate Bay Area, including Sacramento, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, New York or international locations we assess travel fees based on distance, project scope and duration. We’ve successful completed photography projects across the United States and in Europe for clients requiring on-brand imagery.

Q: How long does a headshot session take?
A: Individual headshost, executive portraits and creative portrait sessions at our Berkeley studio typically take 20-30 minutes per person, including outfit changes and background options. For corporate team headshot events, we can photograph people in as little approximately 2-5 minutes each using our efficient onsite studio setup, though we prefer 5 minutes per person. Shannon Kelli Pictures has photograph 100+ people within a 2 hour window when needed, making us ideal for law firms, corporations and institutions with large teams requiring professional headshots on tight schedules with minimal impact to the workday.

A: Yes, Shannon Kelli Pictures, specializes in corporate events, private gatherings, creative showcases, professional portraits for teams, team events and brand-focused experiences across the Bay Area and beyond.
Q: Do you offer headshots or branding sessions?
A: Both. Shannon Kelli Pictures offers individual and team headshots, as well as full brand content sessions that include portraiture, behind-the-scenes documentation and social-ready visuals tailored to your platform needs.

Q: How quickly do you deliver event photos after a shoot?
A: Corporate headshots: in as little as 3 business days. Event photography: 5 business days with social ready small batch picture sets delivered in under 24 hours. Rush delivery of all assets (24 hours) or instant access delivery available for additional fee. Contact us for custom timelines.
Q: Do you offer video coverage as well?
A: Yes. B-roll clips, social media snippets, talking heads, event documentation, interviews and short-form highlight reels are available as add-ons to any photography package. Contact us to learn more about pricing for video coverage.
Q: Can I book you for both still photography and video in one session?
A: Absolutely. Shannon Kelli Pictures offers hybrid photography and video coverage packages allowing your to capture maximum content for a single session. Our video services include b-roll footage, social media reels and clips, professional interviews and talking heads, event highlight reels and brand story documentation. Many Bay Area corporate clients choose combined photo and video coverage for product launches, corporate events executive portraits with motion elements and comprehensive brand content sessions. This integrated approach ensures visual consistency across your marketing materials while maximizing efficiency and budget. We coordinate timing and creative direction to deliver sharp still images with engaging video content that serves your website, social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
Q: What’s your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
A: Shannon Kelli Pictures requires A 50% non-refundable deposit to secures all session dates. Clients who reschedule their corporate sessions, event photography and branding collections with 7 days or more notice will have their full deposited to an alternative date, subject to availability. Cancellation requests made with less that 5 days notice will forfeit 25% of their deposit due to lost booking opportunities.
Things happen, we understand. If unexpected circumstances present themselves, contact us to discuss your options. Complete terms and conditions are provided in your booking agreement upon contract signing.
Q: Do you travel outside the Bay Area for events?
A: Yes. We travel within the United States and outside the country to create pictures for you.
Travel within 60 minutes is included depending on your project. Longer distances may include a mileage fee or actual travel costs which we discuss clearly as needed.
Q: Do you offer seasonal or limited edition sessions?

Q: Can we order prints or albums after the event?
A: Absolutely. We offer custom prints and proof quality images. We use Photo Lab in Berkeley for all local printing requests and Richard Photo Lab LA for other printing needs. Additionally, we have access to printers in New York and Europe and are happy to share available options upon request.
Q: Do you offer licensing for commercial image use?
A: Yes. We provide commercial licensing for website, editorial, social platforms and advertising usage. Buyouts and usage rights are quoted based on your needs and reach.
